The planner you can't fall behind on. Plan tomorrow the night before, as small as you like. Tick it off as the day goes. Anything you don't touch for a week expires, so nothing piles up. Miss a day and nothing resets: Resolved asks what you want to do about it. Built with ADHD in mind, for anyone who wants to feel themselves moving toward something, at their own pace. WRITE WHAT YOU WANT Start with "I want to…" and finish it in your own words: get in the best shape of your life, save a deposit for a first home, get promoted this year. ONE LIST, AND NOTHING PILES UP Next is one list of everything that moves your aims forward, with no dates to fall behind on. New things go on top. Swipe right to bump one back up, left to let it go. Anything you don't touch for a week expires (or choose two weeks, three, or a month). Bump it, and it stays. PLAN TOMORROW TONIGHT Each night, pick tomorrow's plan from Next. Say how hard it'll be, Easy, Solid or Stretch, and lock it in. Set the bar as low as you like: a small plan you keep beats a big one you miss. TICK IT OFF. STAMP IT 100%. Pull down on Next and today's plan is there. Tick things off as the day goes. Tick off everything and it's a full clear, stamped 100%. Whatever you didn't get to goes back to the top of Next. Over time, you learn what you can really take on. EVERY WIN, KEPT Every line you tick is a win, kept on its day, and you can add wins nobody planned. Swipe back through your days to see what you did, or search them all. HABITS THAT DON'T RESET Practices repeat ("Gym mon wed fri", "Read 3 times a week"), and one can serve more than one aim. Each night, what's due comes back as a short deck of cards: done or missed. Prefer a checklist? Switch to one. Every practice has a sphere that changes colour as you keep showing up: red, amber, green, and fire for the ones you hardly ever miss. Miss a day and it drops back a little. Nothing resets to zero. WHEN SOMETHING SLIPS, IT ASKS Miss a practice a couple of times in a row and Resolved asks if you're still doing it: keep going, change it, or set it aside. It shows you why you said it mattered, in your own words. A miss tells you something. There's no streak to break. YOUR NOTES, BESIDE TODAY Keep anything you'd like to see in the morning, with headings, lists and links. Notes you leave alone expire too, and wait in the bin for 30 days. SEE WHAT GOES WITH A GOOD DAY A couple of questions about each day as a whole: did you do what you planned, how was your mood, was your energy enough for the day. Over a few weeks, Insights shows which of your practices go with your better days. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets show today's plan, Next, and what's left for tonight. Tick things off without opening the app. Turn on the morning brief and today's plan is waiting when you wake. A CARD FOR EVERY SEASON Every 90 days you hold an aim earns a card in your codex, and one more when it happens. Moments earn trading cards too: your first full clear, a Stretch cleared, a practice that catches fire. Share an aim's season or its wins as a short video for Reels or Stories. MEET EMBER Ember is a small fire who keeps you company each night. It shows you around the first time you meet something, and it never scolds. NO ACCOUNT. NO AI. NO SUBSCRIPTION. Your aims, plans and notes live on your iPhone and in its own backup. We count anonymous usage to improve the app, never what you write. FREE FOR 14 NIGHTS Your first 14 nights are free. After that, the nightly check-in needs a one-time purchase. Your aims, Next, wins and notes stay open either way. The founding price, paid once and kept for good, lasts until 1 January 2027. Ebbi is a day planner and focus timer that puts your day on the clock. Type what you need to do, tap how long each task will take, and Ebbi lays it out in order, with a start time on every task and a finish time for the whole plan. If a task runs long, add a minute or five and everything after it moves, so you can see where the day stands. Made for adults with ADHD, and for anyone who loses track of time. PLAN • Type a task, then tap how many minutes it gets. • Tasks of 25 minutes or more split into shorter blocks, with a short reset between them. Change the blocks any time, or turn splitting off. • A reset is a different thing to switch to: water, a short walk, the dishes. Rename or replace any of them. • Until you start, DONE AT shows when you would finish if you began now, and it moves with the clock. • Load a starter plan when you would rather not build one. FOCUS • One task at a time, counting down inside a ring, with the next item named underneath. • A live finish time for the session updates as you add time, take time away, or pause. • Plus and minus 1 and 5 minute buttons change the current task without restarting it. Finish early, skip, or go back a step. • 12 soundscapes plus Silence, including white, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean, cafe and lo-fi. White Noise and Lo-Fi come without Pro. REVIEW • See the tasks you finished and the minutes you focused. • Open a past session to see each task's planned minutes next to the minutes it ran. • By default, each day starts with a clean plan. STRUCTURE THROUGH SCIENCE Ebbi's core design choices trace to published research, graded in public at ebbi.app/research, including where the evidence is thin. • A 2022 meta-analysis of 27 studies found children and teens with ADHD judge time less accurately and less consistently. Ebbi keeps the clock on screen so you don't have to hold it in your head. • Across 94 tests, deciding in advance when and where you will act helped people reach their goals (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006). You set the order before you start. • In 87 students, rest planned in advance brought less fatigue and distraction than rest they timed themselves (Biwer and colleagues, 2023). Resets are on the schedule. • A 2024 meta-analysis of 13 studies, mostly in children, found white or pink noise helped a little on lab attention tasks in young people with ADHD or attention problems, and hurt a little in others. Sound is optional. • In 543 adults who reported an ADHD diagnosis, how kindly people treated themselves tracked with how they were doing (Beaton, Sirois and Milne, 2022). Ebbi's end-of-session screen starts with what you got done. Sources are in the app under Settings, The Science Behind Ebbi. Ebbi is not a medical device. PRO Ebbi is free to use, with the limits listed below. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, and new subscribers can try it free for 14 days through the App Store. Prices are listed under In-App Purchases. Cancel anytime in Settings. • Unlimited tasks, resets and sessions (without Pro: 5 tasks, 5 resets, 2 sessions a day) • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and the iPhone Dynamic Island, plus widgets • All 12 soundscapes • Schedule a session for later, with reminders and an optional calendar event • Saved Plans, Task Bank and Reset Bank • Full history with weekly and monthly progress (without Pro: the last 7 days) • A Time sense hint when your tasks tend to run longer or shorter than planned • Up to 5 custom reminders Ebbi runs on iPhone and iPad. Finished sessions sync between your devices through your own iCloud. No account to make with us, and no ads. Questions? Settings, then Send Feedback. We read every message.
