# ScreenshotAI vs Notetrix

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScreenshotAI at every 3 days against Notetrix's fortnightly. Notetrix's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScreenshotAI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Notetrix sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScreenshotAI ships an update every 3 days, Notetrix fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
