# EloMath vs Curio

The clearest difference is update cadence: Curio at every 5 days against EloMath's every 3 weeks. EloMath's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EloMath sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Curio sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EloMath ships an update every 3 weeks, Curio every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
