# NOOK vs Two Messenger

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Two Messenger at 17.0 against NOOK's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NOOK sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Two Messenger sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
