# FlowFocus vs Aestu

The clearest difference is update cadence: FlowFocus at every 10 days against Aestu's every 6 weeks. FlowFocus also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlowFocus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Aestu sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlowFocus ships an update every 10 days, Aestu every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
