# ReciGrab vs Getwid

The clearest difference is ads: Getwid at none against ReciGrab's shown. ReciGrab's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ReciGrab sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Getwid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReciGrab ships an update every 2 weeks, Getwid every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
