# Steppps vs StepQuest

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steppps at fortnightly against StepQuest's every 5 weeks. Steppps also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steppps sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and StepQuest sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Steppps ships an update fortnightly, StepQuest every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
