One phone, six party games. Imposter started as the word game where everyone gets the secret word except the impostor. Now it's a full party game app for game nights, parties and family gatherings. Just pass the phone and play. THE GAMES • Imposter: everyone gets the secret word except one. Find who's faking it. • Undercover: everyone gets a word, but a few get a slightly different one. Spot them. • The Bomb: say a word and pass the phone before it blows up in your hands. • Charades: phone on your forehead. Your friends give clues and you guess before time runs out. • Most Likely To: on three, everyone points at someone. No hard feelings. • Guesstimate: every answer is a number. Guess in secret; the closest wins. HOW IMPOSTER WORKS Everyone sees the same secret word except one person: the impostor. Take turns describing your word without giving it away. The impostor has to bluff their way through. After the round, vote on who you think is faking it. Guess correctly and you win. Guess wrong and the impostor takes it all. PlayDock Arcade
Read full descriptionHide full description
PlayDock Arcade turns your iPhone into a game system you play by moving. Prop the phone where it can see you, step back, and use body and hand movement as the controls. No controller or account is required, and there are no ads. ELEVEN GAMES INCLUDED Balloon Pop, Brainy Balloons, Chocolate Chipper, Copy Cat, Birdie Bounce, Goalie Rush, Planet Drop, Paddle Arc, Storybook Sword Adventure, Tennis Smash, and Wacky Moles. The collection includes family-friendly arcade, action, sports, puzzle, and movement games. HOW DOWNLOADS WORK Balloon Pop is included in the app and can start without an internet connection. Before opening any of the other ten games for the first time, PlayDock shows the media download size and asks for confirmation. These downloads contain art, audio, and 3D models — not executable code. Once a game's media is stored on your iPhone, it can be opened again without another download unless that media is removed or updated. PRIVATE MOVEMENT PLAY For movement controls, live camera frames are processed on your iPhone and are not uploaded to PlayDock. Copy Cat can create a local result photo; PlayDock does not upload it. PlayDock has no account, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Internet requests are made to download game media from PlayDock's content-delivery provider. Camera permission is required for movement controls. Local Network permission is optional and is requested only when you choose wireless casting. While casting, the game picture — including the camera view — and game audio are sent to the selected PlayDock TV receiver over your local network for the duration of that casting session. PLAY ON IPHONE OR AN OPTIONAL DISPLAY Every game can be played on the iPhone. A compatible wired display or PlayDock TV receiver is optional for a bigger screen. WHAT YOU NEED • An iPhone running iOS 17 or later • Internet for the first media download of ten games • Somewhere stable to prop the phone so its camera can see you • A clear, well-lit play space Be aware of your surroundings and stop if you feel unwell.
