# SyncFlow vs MeTok

The clearest difference is update cadence: MeTok at every 5 days against SyncFlow's every 2 weeks. SyncFlow's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SyncFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MeTok sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SyncFlow ships an update every 2 weeks, MeTok every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
