# Onyx Magic vs SEKITAN

The clearest difference is price: SEKITAN at Free against Onyx Magic's $64.99. SEKITAN also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Onyx Magic's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

SEKITAN is free to download; Onyx Magic costs $64.99 up front. Onyx Magic sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and SEKITAN sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Onyx Magic against 5.0 for SEKITAN. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Onyx Magic has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Onyx Magic ships an update fortnightly, SEKITAN every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
