# HerFlow vs Cue

The clearest difference is update cadence: HerFlow at every 4 days against Cue's every 2 months. Cue's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HerFlow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Cue sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HerFlow ships an update every 4 days, Cue every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
