# LIFFT APP vs STRKE

The clearest difference is update cadence: STRKE at every 5 days against LIFFT APP's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LIFFT APP sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and STRKE sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LIFFT APP ships an update every 2 months, STRKE every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
