# SeeWow vs VerticalClap

The clearest difference is update cadence: VerticalClap at every 2 weeks against SeeWow's every 3 months. SeeWow's advantage is iOS requirement (12 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SeeWow sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.90 per 7 days and VerticalClap sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SeeWow ships an update every 3 months, VerticalClap every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
