Keep the weight off after GLP-1s. You lost the weight. Now you're coming off, or you've stopped, and the questions start. How much do I eat now? Is this hunger normal? Why is the scale up three pounds? Leanos is a coach and tracker for that part. WHO IT'S FOR You're planning to stop a GLP-1, tapering, already off, or back on after stopping. Leanos asks where you are and when your last dose was or will be, so the coach knows the weeks since and what they usually bring. Leanos gives no advice about your medication. Doses, tapering, stopping and restarting are between you and your prescriber. WHAT THE COACH DOES The coach reads everything you log, plus your chat history, and answers in plain words. The hunger. People who've come off say it comes back within a few weeks of the last dose and eases around weeks 8 to 12. The coach knows where you are on that curve, so a hard week reads as the expected curve, not failure. The scale. In the first weeks off, water can move the scale a few pounds in a week. The coach reads the trend, not the day. What to eat now. Choose to hold your weight or keep losing. Holding sets your calories at maintenance. Keep losing lets you pick a pace, with a calorie floor. WHAT YOU LOG Meals. Take a photo of your meal and get the calories and protein for each food, against your daily target. Or type what you ate. Add weights, like 150g of chicken breast, and common foods are counted from a USDA nutrient table, so the same entry gives the same number every time. Protein. Your target is set from your body, and the coach watches it with you. Strength. Log your exercises on training days. New to lifting? Start at two sessions a week with moves like goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts and hip thrusts. Your progress shows as a chart for each exercise. Steps. Leanos reads your count from Apple's Health app and shows it against the daily floor you picked. Check-ins. Weigh in each morning and add a photo when you like. Your weight shows as a trend over time, and photos show what the scale can't. WHAT YOU COMMIT TO At setup you write a short list: things you'll do, like a step floor, strength sessions and a daily check-in, and the foods you'll keep out of the house. The coach holds you to your own list. WHO IT'S NOT FOR You're trying to gain weight. You're in the middle of a mental-health crisis. You're looking for advice about your medication. ON YOUR DEVICE Your data lives on your phone, and in your own private iCloud when you're signed in, so it carries over to a new phone. No account to sign up for. No email to give. Leanos keeps no copy on its servers. Your messages to the coach, your answers from setup (including your GLP-1 details) and the meals you log go to Anthropic to generate replies and calorie estimates. The app asks for your consent before the coach starts. When you check in with photos, they go to Anthropic too, so the coach can see what's changing in your body over time. You can turn photo analysis off anytime in Settings. Your GLP-1 answers never go to analytics, ad measurement or crash reporting. The privacy policy lists every service that sees any of your data, including crash reporting, anonymous analytics, and ad measurement. WHAT IT COSTS Leanos Pro. $149.99 USD a year, with a 14-day free trial. Or $19.99 USD a month. Subscription renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Apple ID subscriptions in iPhone Settings.
