# Nami vs Inkwell

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nami at every 10 days against Inkwell's every 4 weeks. Inkwell's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nami sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days and Inkwell sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nami ships an update every 10 days, Inkwell every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
