# Anesthesia Level Up Program vs Text to Speech

The clearest difference is update cadence: Anesthesia Level Up Program at every 2 weeks against Text to Speech's monthly. Anesthesia Level Up Program also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anesthesia Level Up Program sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Text to Speech sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
