# Highlights vs Kansha Note

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kansha Note at every 10 days against Highlights's every 6 weeks. Kansha Note also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Highlights sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Kansha Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Highlights ships an update every 6 weeks, Kansha Note every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
