# Intermittent vs Interim

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Interim at none against Intermittent's 4. Intermittent's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intermittent sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Interim asks for nothing beyond the download.

Intermittent ships an update every 4 days, Interim every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
