# SecureNet VPN vs VPN Россия

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SecureNet VPN at 100% against VPN Россия's 50%. SecureNet VPN also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). VPN Россия's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (16 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SecureNet VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and VPN Россия sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SecureNet VPN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Россия has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of SecureNet VPN's written reviews are positive against 50% of VPN Россия's.

SecureNet VPN ships an update every 2 months, VPN Россия every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
