# Fastly vs EasyFasting

The clearest difference is monetization model: Fastly at free against EasyFasting's freemium. Fastly also leads on ratings volume (96 vs 5). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fastly sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and EasyFasting sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Fastly against 4.8 for EasyFasting. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fastly has 96 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 94% of Fastly's written reviews are positive against 100% of EasyFasting's.

Fastly ships an update every 10 days, EasyFasting every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
