# SkillCert vs AZ

The clearest difference is ads: AZ at none against SkillCert's shown. AZ also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 4 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SkillCert sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and AZ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SkillCert ships an update every 4 days, AZ daily. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
