# Step Lynx Activity Tracker vs StayFasted

The clearest difference is update cadence: Step Lynx Activity Tracker at every 3 days against StayFasted's every 3 weeks. StayFasted's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Step Lynx Activity Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and StayFasted sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Step Lynx Activity Tracker ships an update every 3 days, StayFasted every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
