The clearest difference is in-app purchases: RIZIG at none against TaskArc's 2. RIZIG also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). TaskArc's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
