# Eisenflow vs Nostos

The clearest difference is update cadence: Eisenflow at every 2 days against Nostos's fortnightly. Eisenflow also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eisenflow sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Nostos sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eisenflow ships an update every 2 days, Nostos fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
