# Next Routine vs Forma

The clearest difference is update cadence: Forma at every 4 days against Next Routine's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Next Routine sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Forma sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Next Routine ships an update every 3 weeks, Forma every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
