# Last Echo vs Last Extract

The clearest difference is ads: Last Echo at none against Last Extract's shown. Last Echo also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and chart position (#71 vs unranked). Last Extract's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
