# Go vs DashForge

The clearest difference is update cadence: Go at every 2 weeks against DashForge's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Go sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and DashForge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Go ships an update every 2 weeks, DashForge every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
