# Drill Drop vs Rakoon

The clearest difference is update cadence: Drill Drop at weekly against Rakoon's every 5 months. Drill Drop also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drill Drop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rakoon sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Drill Drop ships an update weekly, Rakoon every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
