# Notepad vs Silent Tasks

The clearest difference is device support: Notepad at 3 against Silent Tasks's 1. Notepad also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
