# U2plus vs Kokoro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kokoro at every 5 days against U2plus's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. U2plus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Kokoro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

U2plus ships an update fortnightly, Kokoro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
