# FitPro vs Stride

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stride at every 10 days against FitPro's every 2 months. FitPro's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FitPro ships an update every 2 months, Stride every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
