# SuperBold vs Maya

The clearest difference is update cadence: Maya at every 4 days against SuperBold's every 9 days. SuperBold's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SuperBold sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Maya sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SuperBold ships an update every 9 days, Maya every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
