# Gel.AL vs E.Clips

The clearest difference is device support: E.Clips at 3 against Gel.AL's 1. E.Clips also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gel.AL sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and E.Clips sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
