About

Neon Physics

Features

Neon Physics is a physics puzzle sandbox where everything you draw comes alive. Sketch a bridge, it bears weight. Draw two wheels and a plank, it becomes a car. Slice through terrain to reshape the level. Every solution is yours to invent. DRAW TO SOLVE Use touch to draw shapes that the engine recognises and turns into real physics objects. Lines become bridges and ramps. Circles roll. Squares drop. V-shapes cut. X-shapes spin as gears. Combine a chassis with two wheels and drive a motorised car across the level. There is no single answer — if the physics works, it counts. 195 MISSIONS ACROSS 13 PLANETS Begin on Aurora Prime with simple bridges and levers, then progress through worlds built around conveyors, magnets, portals, black holes, chain reactions, timed doors, explosive fuses, wind tunnels, liquid zones, and sliceable terrain. Each planet introduces new mechanics and combines them in increasingly complex ways. SANDBOX PLAYGROUND An open space to experiment without limits. Test car builds, ramp chains, domino cascades, rope swings, and any combination of mechanics before tackling the campaign. LEVEL EDITOR Place every object the campaign uses — terrain, gears, portals, magnets, doors, buttons, hazards, springs, explosives, balloons, and more — then play-test with live physics. Save your creations as custom levels and replay them any time. NEON AESTHETIC Every object glows with multi-layered bloom, procedural particle trails, and colour-coded planet themes. Physics has never looked this good in the dark. BUILT-IN MECHANICS GUIDE A full reference covering every shape, tool, level object, and mechanic in the game, with example setups and explanations. FREE TO START Planet 1 (15 levels) and the Playground are completely free. A single one-time purchase unlocks all 13 planets, the level editor, custom levels, and all future content. No subscriptions. No ads. WHAT YOU CAN DRAW Lines, circles, squares, triangles, baskets, elevators, V-cutters, gear rotators, anchor pins, ropes, flywheels, sky lifts, freehand shapes, and full motorised cars. WHAT YOU'LL ENCOUNTER Portals, magnets, black holes, conveyor belts, rotating gears, timed doors, floor buttons, trip switches, dominoes, springs, wind tunnels, liquid zones, breakable terrain, cuttable terrain, polarity magnets, one-way gates, explosives, pressure balloons, counterweights, and star-gated exits.

Verdict

The call

Clutter · sketchbook puzzle and Neon Physics are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
