# Summer View vs Mk Terminal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Summer View at every 3 days against Mk Terminal's fortnightly. Summer View also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Summer View sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Mk Terminal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $25.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
