# Setz vs CrowdLore

The clearest difference is rating: Setz at 5.0 against CrowdLore's 4.6. CrowdLore's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Setz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CrowdLore has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Setz ships an update every 6 weeks, CrowdLore every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
