# Notes Expert vs FocusGlobe

The clearest difference is update cadence: Notes Expert at every 3 days against FocusGlobe's fortnightly. FocusGlobe's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes Expert sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and FocusGlobe sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notes Expert ships an update every 3 days, FocusGlobe fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
