# Sessions vs Steadily

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steadily at every 2 days against Sessions's every 4 months. Steadily also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sessions sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Steadily sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sessions ships an update every 4 months, Steadily every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
