# Phantom Communicator vs Qlavis

The clearest difference is update cadence: Qlavis at every 5 days against Phantom Communicator's fortnightly. Qlavis also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). Phantom Communicator's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Phantom Communicator against 5.0 for Qlavis. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Qlavis has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Phantom Communicator ships an update fortnightly, Qlavis every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
