# InstantLog vs Timelet

The clearest difference is ads: Timelet at none against InstantLog's shown. Timelet also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). InstantLog's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InstantLog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Timelet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

InstantLog ships an update every 2 months, Timelet weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
