# CTRL vs FlowPocket

The clearest difference is update cadence: FlowPocket at every 2 days against CTRL's every 3 weeks. CTRL's advantage is iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CTRL sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 7 days and FlowPocket sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CTRL ships an update every 3 weeks, FlowPocket every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
