The clearest difference is price: Yore at Free against 手持弹幕's $0.99. Yore also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). 手持弹幕's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3). On review sentiment, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Yore holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of Yore's written reviews are positive against 100% of 手持弹幕's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
