# Scrollie vs SplitCost

The clearest difference is ads: Scrollie at none against SplitCost's shown. Scrollie also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scrollie sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and SplitCost sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scrollie ships an update weekly, SplitCost every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
