# Planki vs ProPlank

The clearest difference is ads: Planki at none against ProPlank's shown. ProPlank's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15 vs 18.6). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Planki sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and ProPlank sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Planki ships an update monthly, ProPlank every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
