# Instant Jot vs ZattaMemo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Instant Jot at every 11 days against ZattaMemo's every 3 weeks. Instant Jot also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Instant Jot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ZattaMemo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Instant Jot ships an update every 11 days, ZattaMemo every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
