# GCP vs ITCertPrep

The clearest difference is ads: GCP at none against ITCertPrep's shown. GCP also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GCP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ITCertPrep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GCP ships an update fortnightly, ITCertPrep every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
