The clearest difference is rating: Turngrid at 4.9 against Arrow Rush's 4.6. Turngrid also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 645). Arrow Rush's advantage is review sentiment (82% vs 64%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
