# Bukon vs Trope

The clearest difference is ads: Bukon at none against Trope's shown. Trope's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bukon sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Trope sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bukon ships an update every 2 weeks, Trope every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
