# Kata Community vs Hypertro

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Hypertro at 15.0 against Kata Community's 18.2. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kata Community sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Hypertro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
