# Trainer_Notes vs Coach Deck

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trainer_Notes at every 2 months against Coach Deck's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trainer_Notes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Coach Deck sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
